Treatment of oil mists in tool sharpening operations
HFiltration provided a tailor-made solution for a Polish window manufacturing company, which was facing problems with oil mist generated during tools sharpening. The project, currently being delivered, involves the installation of a centralised system for 16 machines, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient working environment.

HFiltration designed and supplied a centralised system with an oil mist separator model MC08TV-SPECIAL. The unit will be installed in the new room where the customer has relocated the machines, allowing the simultaneous connection of up to six operating units. The system is equipped with a winter/summer by-pass for flexible use in all seasons, ensuring high performance and a healthier environment.
