Predictive Maintenance

Creating a system, designing it, and realizing it involves a deep understanding of every aspect. HF Group is well-versed in its filtration systems and the average lifespan of each component, especially those subject to wear and tear.

Thanks to our updates, we can meet the requirements of Industry 4.0 and give proper attention to the maintenance of the systems themselves.

HF Service, with its predictive maintenance package offerings, aims to extend the life of machinery as much as possible and reduce operating costs. This approach maintains the high efficiency of the filtration system, ensuring safe operation and enabling the early detection of any warning signs requiring specific interventions.

Tailored Maintenance for special needs

Whatever the need for intervention, HF Group is present for each customer, balancing each intervention in perfect harmony with the real business needs.

Preventive maintenance is an instrumental and mathematical analysis performed remotely, allowing the evaluation of the main parameters of the system. This type of intervention is particularly useful for understanding the system's usage, the workload it undergoes, and consequently, scheduling periodic interventions to keep it in optimal condition.

Scheduled or "programmed" routine maintenance is planned following preventive interventions. During these visits, qualified personnel handle the replacement of parts subject to regular wear and tear, such as filtering elements, bags, panels, cartridges, bags cages, and gaskets. This is done to restore the original performance of the system and limit the risk of damage due to poor maintenance and cleaning of the system itself. In addition to the replacement of worn components, a general check of the system is carried out, including Δp reading (measurement of average airflow values, deviations from nominal airflow, etc.), structural checks, seal verification, checking the cleaning system for filtering elements, and inspecting the inlet and outlet pipes.

Extraordinary maintenance is unforeseen and usually done urgently, often following breakdowns, malfunctions, and structural damage. These interventions are often the result of poor or total lack of routine maintenance, leading to premature wear of the system. In most cases, these operations may require the replacement of one or more parts, including electrical elements, fans, and motors, with a significant economic investment.
