Treatment of oil mists in CNC machining operations
In this case study we show the collaboration with a Polish company that provides Milling, Turning and Cutting Services with CNC machines. The customer wanted to integrate all 14 machines distributed in two halls into a centralized filtration system to improve efficiency. It also wanted to install an external fan in an isolated room to reduce noise.

HFiltration provided a complete solution with a MistCompact filter and a floor fan equipped with a silencer. The installation was performed by the specialized HF team, which installed a central filtration system with automatic airflow control, automatic ON/OFF valves on each CNC machine, piping to connect the filter and machines, and a diffuser to return clean air.
