Treatment of dry dust in the manufacturing industry

In this case study we illustrate our collaboration with a small Italian company specializing in the production of souvenirs, including magnets, pins, T-shirts, and mugs. The company contacted us following an increase in production due to the inclusion of new laser machines. These machines generate dry powders from laser engraving on materials such as metals, ceramics, wax, and wood.

Problems

  • Generation of dry dust from laser engraving
  • Unhealthy environment due to the presence of dust

Technical features PC08TVS

  • Filter model PC08TVS, 7,000 m3/h for 6 suction points
  • Silencer
  • Electric panel: 7.5 kW
  • HF Monitoring
  • Pressure transducer
  • Piping, chimney and installation
Solutions

To meet our customer's needs, we proposed a comprehensive and highly efficient solution with our Pulsatron Compact. We installed a filter model PC08TVS with a capacity of 7,000 m3/h to handle six suction points. The solution also included a silencer to reduce operating noise and a 7.5 kW electrical panel equipped with HFmonitoring for optimal system control.

Advantages
  • Improved working environment
  • Reduction of dust in the air
  • Precise pressure monitoring by installing a pressure transducer
