An Italian university turned to HFiltration to solve an indoor pollution problem in one of its classrooms used for technical work such as grinding, cleaning, small adjustments, and laser cutting. This was a special project involving not an industrial manufacturing area but a university environment. The client expressed the need to eliminate both dust and solvent odor from the room to ensure a clean and safe space.
HFiltration designed a compact and targeted solution, installing three PC4 filtration units, capable of effectively handling dust even in a small environment. To counteract solvent odor, an activated carbon system was integrated, thus ensuring cleaner air free of unpleasant odors. In addition, a custom-made piping line was designed with strategically placed suction points to maximize the effectiveness of the system in every corner of the room. Complete mechanical assembly ensured quick and ready installation without compromising the already limited classroom space.
