Dust treatment in the steel production industry
In this case study, the Swiss company in Canton Ticino operating in the stainless steel products industry needed to collect waste dust in a small container. However, transferring the dust from a large bin to the container caused a lot of dust fumes to be released into the environment, creating safety and cleanliness problems.

To solve the company's problem, HFiltration designed a custom Pulsatron Compact 4 filter, taller than the standard, with a large bag under the hopper to collect the dust. In addition, we added a vacuum arm to suck dust directly from the hopper, eliminating the need to transfer it manually.
