Treatment of fumes and dust in the tap and bathroom accessories industry
In this case study, we present a company located in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, specialized in the production of bathroom taps and accessories for everyday use. HF Group developed a customized filtration project for two processing machines, with the possibility of extending the system to a third unit in the future.
The new installation includes four suction points: two dedicated to the grinding phase of one machine and two to the polishing phase with paste on the other, ensuring a cleaner, safer, and more efficient working environment.
Problems
- The installation of the system must be carried out inside the production area.
