In this case study, we present the project carried out for an Italian company specializing in the design and production of electric motors. Inside the facility, two Emag boring machines were operating with electrostatic filters that were no longer capable of effectively managing the emissions generated by the use of neat oil. The poor performance of the filtration system compromised air quality and caused frequent production downtime due to the constant saturation of the cellulose filter elements.

HFiltration identified the most efficient solution for the customer’s needs by installing two MCOS-mini-R units, integrated with a dedicated piping system and positioned directly on the machines. This configuration ensures targeted extraction, optimal management of oil mist, and reduced overall footprint, significantly improving the effectiveness of the entire filtration process.
