This case study examines a collaboration with a major international company in the medical prosthesis industry. As part of an expansion project with a new factory, the company installed polishing machines, which generated significant amounts of dust in the work environment. This necessitated the implementation of a suction system to ensure good air quality.
HFiltration proposed the IDRODUST 108 V, a dust filtration system designed to meet specific customer requirements. With a flow rate of 7,000-8,500 m3/h and six suction points, the system was installed internally to ensure a significant reduction of dust in the work environment. The design includes a silencer and ducting at the outlet, making it particularly suitable for this context. The installation of a single machine avoided the need for multiple filters, contributing to significant space savings.
