In this case study, we present an intervention carried out for a company in the food industry in Northern Italy, specialized in flavoring processes. During production phases, dust and vapors are generated and must be effectively extracted and treated to ensure air quality and operational continuity.

HF designed and installed a complete extraction and filtration system based on Idrodust technology, integrated with dedicated extraction hoods. The intervention included the installation of two stainless steel hoods positioned above the rotating flavoring tunnel, designed to ensure effective capture of emissions at the source. The extracted air is conveyed to a hydrodynamic abatement system, which uses micro-mixing with water to remove dust, vapors, and gases. The system is completed with an electrical panel with inverter and the HF Monitoring platform for continuous and remote control of operating parameters.
