Solution in graphite mist management in the railway industry
Polish company operating in the railroad industry faced the challenge of managing graphite mist generated during the railroad rail forging process. A crucial goal to improve the working environment was to implement an updated filtering system on the press in order to effectively treat the pollutant.

HFiltration proposed an effective solution by installing the Pulsatron Compact filtration system. This system was designed for an in- house installation, with piping and assembly handled by our contractor FPM. The solution aims to treat graphite mist generated during the railroad rail forging process, thereby improving environmental and working conditions inside the plant.
