In this case study, we present the solution implemented for a small company based in Tuscany, specializing in the production of accessories for leather goods and costume jewelry supplied to various fashion brands. Aware of the high concentration of pollutants generated during the manufacturing processes, the company had previously installed a filtration system that was not properly sized and required very frequent maintenance interventions, resulting in high operating costs.

HFiltration designed and installed a centralized MCOS filtration system, specifically engineered to treat emissions generated by machine tools operating under demanding working conditions. The system employs coalescence separation technology, enabling effective removal of oil particles and fumes from the extracted air, improving filtration efficiency and significantly reducing maintenance requirements.
